Police detain 3 in Eleşkirt

AĞRI (DİHA) - Three Kurdish citizens have been taken into custody in Eleşkirt district.

Turkish police organized house raids in Eleşkirt district of eastern province of Ağrı and detained 3 Kurdish youths. Aytaç Tekin (25), Deniz Aydın (23) and Okan Akkoyun have been brought to the district police headquarters.

The motive behind the custody is unknown. Police and special operation teams have taken extraordinanary measures in the district.
